Dense Phase Powder Transfer Systems

Conveying without disturbing Homogeneity of the Blend.
Dustex dense phase powder transfer systems are engineered for the efficient handling of blends/compound in the final step of the process i.e., compression, machine loading, sachet/pouch/jar filling lines ensuring dust free, safer, and highly controlled working process. Unlike conventional conveying methods, the system ensures the transfer velocity of 10-12m/s in the conveying hose maintaining high negative pressure equals to 800mbar with no fluidization during the course of conveying.
This controlled conveying approach minimizes airborne contamination, preserves product integrity. The system is particularly effective for dry and granulated material where integrity of the blend, hygiene, safety, and contamination are at prime importance.
The stainless-steel hopper, manufactured in AISI 316L internally and externally polished is available in multiple capacities (9L and 15L) and is designed for easy cleaning and hygienic operation. It can be integrated with high-vacuum pump units available in painted or stainless-steel housings, with multiple power configurations to suit different process requirements.
Ideal for pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries, these systems are designed for dust-free, high-precision material handling. Customized configurations are also available, including load cell integration, dosing systems, and fully automated process controls tailored to specific customer requirements.
