At Dustex, our Suction Units for Centralized Systems are engineered to be the driving force behind
high-efficiency vacuum networks. Designed for demanding industrial environments, these units deliver stable
suction power, dependable airflow, and continuous performance for facility-wide suction of dust, material
transfer, and centralized cleaning applications.
Powered by advanced side channel turbine technology and enclosed within acoustically insulated housings, the
units combine strong vacuum generation with low-noise operation, making them ideal for installations where
performance and workplace comfort are equally important.
Built for durability and long service life, the systems are available in painted steel (RAL 7001) or
stainless steel AISI 304 constructions to suit both heavy-duty and hygiene-sensitive environments.
Integrated components such as anti-vibration mounts, exhaust silencers, vacuum gauges, safety relief valves,
and optimized suction connections ensure smooth, controlled, and reliable operation under continuous
workloads.
To meet diverse production requirements, the range is available in two specialized performance
configurations. The High Flow (K) version is ideal for short-distance conveying of lightweight materials,
while the High Vacuum version is designed for long-distance transfer and handling of denser or heavier
products.
With power options from 7.5 kW to 25 kW, including double-pump configurations, Dustex suction units provide
scalable solutions for facilities of every size. Optional intelligent control panels with soft-start or
inverter technology further enhance efficiency, reduce mechanical stress, and enable precise system
