Oil Mist and Emulsion Extractions
Dustex Oil Mist and emulsion extractions are designed to effectively filter aerosols containing air, cooling
lubricants, and fine pollutant particles generated during machining processes. In high-speed machine tools
such as turning, milling, or grinding, cooling lubricants are often applied to workpieces, which in turn
produce fine oil mist, emulsion mist, or smoke.
Dustex systems use advanced multi-stage mechanical filtration to safely separate these harmful particles
from the air. The cleaned air is then either returned to the workplace as energy-efficient recirculated air
— often made odorless with activated carbon inserts — or directed outside as exhaust air, depending on
process requirements.
